The Space:
The pool bar is 70-80 sqm fully equipped (fridge-sink-closets etc.)

The barbeque is 90sqm equally equipped with everything.

The guard's house is 60 sqm and fully equipped.

The basket ball pitch is illuminated and laid with cement mortars.

The pool is filled by the sea and is of Olympic dimensions (9m x 20m) with a maximum depth of 3.5m and also there are 2 wells that are watered by the gardens

The plot of 4800 square meters is fully lit and with water supply complete and perimeter. .

The house has 2 fireplaces, 2 living rooms on the ground floor, 1 living room on the 1st floor
4 baths a masseur with a jacuzzi.
6 bedrooms with one master, 1 sofa bed and 1 guest suite with own bathroom.

Guest Access:
The villa is on the sea and is located in the Alepochori 70 km from Athens 40 minutes from the airport. Airport transfer can be arranged.

The Neighborhood:
A place blessed with year round sunshine, offering a blue flag beach, a thriving gastronomical scene and endless nightlife opportunities. 5 mins driving away is Psatha the beautiful beach. It is not sandy. It is covered with pebbles, which is an advantage, since you don’t get sand sticking all over your body, when you get back to your car. The beach stretches out for ~1500 m. and has the usual facilities (snack bars, fish tavernas).
Getting Around:
The long beach in front of Alepohori (the word means “the village of the foxes”) is a beach of free access situated some 20 kilometers far from Villia and 60 kilometers western to the city center of Athens. The visitors of the beach may enjoy, apart from a nice swimming in a crystal clear sea, gorgeous meals in the taverns of the area and an excellent sunset as the sun disappears behind the group of the islets of Alkyonides.
Other Things to Note:
Also at a distance of 22 km is the resort city of Loutraki where one can find a Casino and Spa as well as excellent nightlife
