This sunny and private apartment welcomes guests seeking a peaceful Greek village and charming base for the perfect holiday experience. The spacious, open floor plan includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining table, and living space. You will enjoy yourself in this perfectly appointed space whether you are cooking or relaxing and enjoy the spectacular views from the adjoining balcony!

The kitchen includes high-quality appliances including a sizeable refrigerator and freezer, cooker with halogen hob, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. There is a washing machine with tumble dryer for your convenience!

You can have your meals at a wooden dining table with comfortable seating for up to six guests. The sitting area features a lovely leather sofa, coffee table, and a large, flat-screen TV with a DVD player for those times you'd like to relax in front of the television rather than on the balcony or nearby beach.

One of the flat's best features, however, is the sizeable balcony adjacent to the living area and one bedroom. Comfortable seating allows you to soak up the splendid views from anywhere on the balcony while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening drink.

It is a modern building which belongs to the complex of Theotimi. It was built and customized according to my personal style. For me,it is a unique place where I can find peace and relaxation.

A clean, lovely beach is on one side while woods typical of Greece is located the other side to form a picturesque landscape surrounding the building and village. The area offers plenty of good cuisine at nearby taverns and restaurants.

-- Xiropigado is a small, seaside village on the Peloponnese peninsula in southern Greece. The village is situated on the eastern coast of the peninsula as well as eastern slopes of the mountain Zavitsa. There are approximately 353 full-time residents.
