This beautiful Villa boasts four bedrooms. The Master Bedroom is king with en suite bathroom which also has access to the pool deck. Mastertwo is a queen. Two further bedrooms share a family bathroom – one of which is a spacious queen while the other 'family bedroom" room offers a set of twin beds. The home comfortably sleeps six people and up to eight. All the bedrooms have flat screen TVs.

The spacious living area is bright and offers plenty of living and dining space. The modern kitchen is spacious and has granite work surfaces and all the conveniences of home. The home has free wifi.

The outdoor area is fantastic, with a covered lanai with lots of furniture for you and your family to relax while on vacation. The large pool will provide hours of fun for the kids and the kids at heart!

The house is located in Hampton Lakes development which is conveniently located on US Highway 27 (US-27) mid-way between the western end of US-192 and Interstate 4 (I-4) exit/junction 23, which runs from Tampa in the west to Daytona Beach and Kennedy Space Centre in the east. It is therefore ideally positioned for access to the Gulf of Mexico beaches and the Atlantic coast beaches, as well as being only 15 minutes from all the fun of Disney.

Hampton Lakes is an up-market vacation home development. The community hosts a communal pool with deck furniture and rest rooms, children's play area with child friendly soft land surround, beach style volleyball court, and two combined tennis/basketball courts. The nearest public, 18 hole, golf course is located about a quarter of a mile away and there are many others in the area.
