Casa Pina was built on a former pineapple plantation in 1923. This is why the charming vacation home was named after the pineapple, the fruit also being a symbol of hospitality.

In 2012, the entire house was restored with much love and attention to its original details, such as the 90 year old hard wood floors and completely new furnishings.

Casa Pina is a fully furnished and equipped vacation home. The 1,200 square feet house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and provides an additional sleeping sofa in the living room.

The luxurious bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with a king or queen size beds, en-suite bathrooms are equipped with a shower or bathtub.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances therefore you can cook many delicious meals for you and your family. There is also a laundry room.

The tastefully decorated living room includes many of the original features along with comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV with an integrated DVD-player. The house has wireless internet connection.

The tropical backyard is charmingly landscaped and has a new pool with a big, so-called "sun shelf", also ideal for small children. The pool can be heated on request.

The porch is fully screened, so you enjoy breakfast and cocktail hour without mosquitoes.

The separate Cabana next to the pool has a beautifully decorated master bedroom with a modern en-suite.
