Accommodation description
At the rear of the main house, off the hallway, there is a king sized master suite with large with en-suite and access out onto the pool area, there is also a guest powder room, for your convenience.
Through the hallway and you enter the open plan living area which includes the casual dining area, and a comfortable family area from where you can relax whilst watching the large flat screen TV, or even enjoy the conservation view through the large patio doors that lead out onto your private pool area, complete with ample loungers and seating and those superb views.
Then the fully fitted kitchen complete with granite counter tops, island and stainless steel appliances and bar seating area. Adjacent to the kitchen is formal dining area perfect for entertaining and dinner parties.
There are three further bedrooms on the first floor, one twin room and two with queen size beds, and all three have en-suite bedrooms.

The games room with pool table, and with a balcony to the rear and conservation views is also on the first floor, along with the movie room, with its oversized LCD screen and reclining seats, and ample seating on the landing itself.

Beautifully furnished with quality dark grey arm chairs and comfy sofas. Open plan lounge/dining room, coffee table, 42" wide screen TV/DVD, dining table to seat 6 and breakfast bar seating 4. Patio doors lead out to the terrace and pool area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with, cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, iron/ironing board and cooking utensils. Is open plan to the living/dining room with patio doors leading to pool area.
