This luxury 2-story villa stands in a premier location in the exclusive and gated community of Formosa Gardens Estates. Formosa Gardens is an exclusive area with many large villas and few compete with this home because of its premier location on the lake front and its imposing frontage.

The 9-bedroom and 8-bathroom layout includes 3 master suites with their own sumptuous private bathrooms to unwind after a busy day. With formal and informal living area, a dining area, a home cinema and gourmet kitchen, this home is an ideal venue for up to 20 guests or for those wanting a home that combines space with extensive facilities.

The enormous pool deck surrounds a 45 ft long pool and provides large seating areas, which look directly onto the communities central lake.

Description

The home is decorated and furnished to the highest standard and is immensely popular as a vacation home for the larger parties. The home was custom built and has many features not found in a regular rental home. All the bedrooms have been furnished with luxurious furnishings and flat screen TV's.

On the first floor there are two king-size bedrooms located at the front of the house separated by the formal living are. At the rear of the villa you will find a large king-size suite with French doors leading onto the pool deck, a purpose designed movie room complete with tiered theatre seating, huge screen and projector.

The center of the first floor is the main living area which incorporates a large fully equipped kitchen incorporating a work station with computer, the dining area a family living room with over sized comfortable sofas and a 60" TV with Xbox game console. A further queen-size suite is located on the other side of the house with pool access.

Upstairs the family area is overlooked by a high gallery landing which leads to the huge king-size master suite which includes a private sitting room for your relaxation. Next door is a bedroom consisting of one twin size bed and also a queen-size bed. Furthermore, there are two king-size bedrooms upstairs, and also a bedroom complete with two twin beds. The back of the property has a 120 ft lake view aspect and the pool with its 45 ft length is more than capable of accommodating all the guests at once, if necessary.

The pool deck itself has recently undergone a big refurbishment and is now laid with travertine, a fully equipped recreation room with built in summer kitchen, seating, pool table all covered, and overlooking the pool deck with has a plenty of seating and with it's large covered area, and outside space which is ideal for al fresco dining or shielding from the daytime sun.
