A outstanding 5 bedroom/4.5 bathroom, 2 storey beautiful home where the owners have spared no expense in the modern décor and furnishings. Every thought has been given to provide luxurious surroundings for you and your families enjoyment and comfort, they have provided flat screen TV’s in all rooms including a large wall mounted screen in the family room and a Wii games console and TV in the entertainment area.

You enter the house into the open plan great room with high ceilings, ample seating on the lather sofas, an eight seater dining table, fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. Also on this floor you will find the laundry room, powder room and games room having pool table, air hockey, darts, and basket ball games. The first king-size master suite is also located on the ground floor, it's bathroom having twin vanities, tub and walk in shower.

Upstairs is the entertainment area with leather sofas, flat screen TV and Wii games console and wireless internet. Separated by a gallery walkway is the second king-size master suite, the bathroom has a tub and shower. A family bathroom separates the entertainment area from the queen size bedroom.
