As you enter this beautiful home complete with it's rocking chair on the porch, you will not be disappointed. The spacious family room with 50" flat screen television has two seating areas.

One is perfect for watching a movie on the large screen TV, and the other for catching up on a good book or simply relaxing and watching the wildlife through the wall of French doors that lead onto the pool deck area. There is a formal dining area, a wet bar complete with wine refrigerator, and a work station.

The breakfast bar separates the fully equipped and perfectly laid out kitchen. The first of the bedroom suites is also located on the ground floor, perfect for any impaired guests with the bathroom having a walk in shower.
