Accommodation description

Enter the main house and you will see the traventine flooring, the stone pillars and impressive wooden and wrought iron staircase.
Go through and you will find ample comfortable seating, there is a laundry room, guest bathroom, and you will then come to the large, beautifully fitted kitchen complete with island, breakfast bar and granite tops oversized gas range and wine store.
The large, open plan family living area with open fire place, a formal dining area, and large, comfortable sofas that surround the very large flat screen TV.
Patio doors lead from the living area, out to your pool area with its superb golf course views, with ample loungers and shaded area with dining table and chairs for up to 12 people.
Back inside is the main master suite, with king size four poster bed, large en-suite with sunken bath and walk in shower and a full dressing room.
The media and games room with 119" screen and projector, reclining seating, plus XBox 360, pool table and foosball can be found just off the hallway.

Upstairs there are three king size master suites with en-suites, all with access to the large rear balcony which has ample seating.
The final two bedrooms are a king size and one with two full size beds, both share a bathroom with bath/shower combination, plus a juliet balcony on the front.
All bedrooms have LCD TV`s with built in DVD`s and the balconys have superb views of either the golf course or conservation land.
