Located on one of the most exclusive Legends Corner area of the world renowned Reunion Resort, overlooking the Jack Nicklaus PGA golf course.

The Spanish style covered entrance way leads you into the hallway of natural stone with its showcase stairway and chandelier. The large master bedroom suite is located to the right off the hallway and includes "his and hers" walk in closets and a magnificent bathroom which comprises of twin marble vanities, a jacuzzi sunken tub, and over sized walk in shower with multiple heads and jets.
On the other side of the hallway is a king-size bedroom with wall mounted TV, a bathroom with walk in shower, and fully equipped laundry room.

The main living area on the ground floor includes a large formal dining area with an adjacent granite wet bar perfect for serving those pre-dinner cocktails. A feature half wall incorporating a dual sided fire place separates the formal dining from the family seating area with it's comfortable sofa's and chairs arranged for relaxed viewing of the large flat screen TV, or simply enjoying the views through wall of glass that showcases the outdoor living space, golf course and conservation beyond.
The dream kitchen is gourmet heaven and has custom made cabinets, granite work tops and island, a large gas range, stainless steel appliances and functional breakfast bar. The casual dining area also overlooks the outdoor area.

Upstairs there are four additional bedrooms, two king-size bedrooms, one to the front of the home having a private balcony and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.
A third bedroom has two full size beds and an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The final bedroom is a queen-size and offers access onto the rear balcony with it's breathtaking views and shares the family bathroom incorporating a tub and shower with one of the king-size bedrooms. Upstairs is also the location for the two tiered cinema room with theatre chairs, cinema screen, projector and surround sound perfect for a relaxing family evening watching the classics.
To the rear is the games room where you can have hours of fun and entertainment using the pool table, poker table and built in wet bar with refrigeration and when the excitement gets too much walk out onto the balcony and watch the sun go down across the golf course.
