On the ground floor is the living area which comprises of a fully equipped kitchen with it's granite counter tops and breakfast bar, the formal dining area, dedicated work station, and twin seating areas all bordered by one wall of glass offering access onto the pool deck and allowing natural light to flood this home.

There is one queen size bedroom and a bathroom having a walk in shower. The newly added games room is located off the kitchen and offers, pool, air hockey, foosball, and a bar and stools with additional comfortable seating making this a great space for family tournaments or hours of fun for the children.
