Accommodation description

As you enter the main house you will see straight away it is all about the decor and furnishings, which are all of the highest standards. With its pillars and sweeping staircase, leading to the large open plan living area which includes the casual dining area, and a comfortable family area from where you can relax whilst watching the large flat screen TV on the oversized leather sofas.
A large fitted kitchen complete with granite counter tops and huge island, stainless steel appliances and bar seating area. Adjacent to the kitchen is formal dining area perfect for entertaining and dinner parties.

Patio doors access a tranquil patio and pool deck area with a covered dining area and superb golf course views. The king sized Master Suite with an elevated oval bath and walk in shower en-suite bathroom is the only ground floor bedroom, and will be found just off the hallway.
The laundry room also leads to the excellent games room with pool table, ample seating and large LCD TV.

Upstairs at one side of the gallery landing is three bedrooms, all king size with en-suites, two being walk in showers, and one shower/bath combination.
All three bedrooms have access to the rear balcony with superb golf course views.
Off the landing is the fourth bedroom, with a queen size bed, and walk in shower en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have TV, ceiling fans, and there is WiFi throughout.
Outside is the super pool deck with covered dining area, superb golf course view and of course the heated pool and spa.
