This lovely 5 bedroom 4 bathroom villa on Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club Community, has a south west facing pool and deck overlooking the 8th and 7th fairways, the perfect place to soak up the sun, relax in the spa, enjoy a swim in the 30ft saltwater pool, or to watch a beautiful sunset. There is a large table for outside dining and plenty of sun loungers and chairs.

The villa has a large family room with plenty of comfortable seating, a 50" smart tv, blu-ray player, cd with Bluetooth, and a selection of blu-rays, DVDs and books. This spacious room has patio doors onto the pool deck and stunning views of the golf course. The kitchen has a breakfast nook, and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, full oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser.The separate laundry room has a washer and dryer.

Overlooking the formal lounge and dining room, is a comfortable den area, with a daybed, chairs, a 32" smart tv, PS3 and an IPod dock/radio. The fully carpeted games room has a pool table, foosball and air hockey tables, a 32" flat screen tv, blu-ray player and cd with Bluetooth.
