All bedrooms has TV’s whereas the two masters has new 40".The family room has a 55" TV, cable with almost 100 channels and a BluRay player.

The large formal room has a sleeper for 1 - 2 persons.

The garage is a popular room with pool, table tennis, fussball and electric dart.

The oversized pool may be heated in the winter months. The pool deck is also oversized and has plenty of room to play and soak in the sun, and there is lots of seating and sunbeds for all guests. The highlight of the pool is the private spa.

The shaded lanai gives you some shadow.
There is a security fence, if needed, for use when children present.

Often you will see several balloons right above the house in early mornings.

You will find the modern kitchen fully equipped for enjoying homemade meals.

The large dining room has the table set. In addition there is a breakfast table plus barstools by the kitchen counter.

The laundry room has a washer/dryer plus ironing equipment.
