The oversized pool with spa may be heated in the winter months. The pool deck is also oversized and has plenty of room to play and soak in the sun, and there is lots of seating and sun loungers. A hedge is surrounding the screen for your privacy.

The lanai gives you a chance to hide in the shade, and it also have two fans. There is a security fence, if needed, for use when children present.

The whole pool area is screened to keep the bugs out. Here you may lit the candles at night, turn on the pool light, and have a romantic vacation!

The large master bedroom has direct access to the pool. 

A king size bed and a baby crib is located in the master. TV and DVD.
The huge en-suite master bath has double vanity sinks, a large shower corner and a tub. 2 large closets.

The next suite has a King size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and direct assess to the pool.


Third bedroom has a queen size bed.

Fourth and fifth bedroom has twin beds, and share the third bathroom with shower in the tub.

You also have a double sleeper sofa. All bedrooms has new flat screen TV’s.

You will find the kitchen fully equipped for enjoying homemade meals. All appliances are upgraded to the finest stainless steel. The fridge has a water filter and ice cube maker. Granite counter tops.
You may place 138 cans of beer or soda in the built in fridge in the kitchen island.

The large dining room has the table set for 8. In addition there is a breakfast nook for 7 plus 4 barstools by the kitchen counter.

There is a office desk with a printer and phone in the kitchen area.

The garage is converted to a stylish games room where the whole family can hang out and have hours of great fun. You find a pool table, air hockey, electric dart and table tennis here.

The laundry room has washer/dryer plus ironing equipment.
The homes has extra sets of linens and towels.

For families with babies you will find a crib in the master and two high chairs.
