This beautiful home has been professionally decorated and furnished in a neutral contemporary style to give a fun, relaxed atmosphere in this gorgeous Florida setting. With two king-size master suites, two or more families can easily be accommodated in absolute comfort and luxury.

The downstairs of this home has two bedrooms, a king-size with the ensuite having a walk in shower and twin vanities and the second bedroom a queen size having a tub/shower combination. The living area is open plan incorporating a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar for casual dining adjacent to the formal dining and seating area with it's large flat screen TV. There is a fully equipped laundry room and pool bathroom for your convenience. A games room with pool table, air hockey and foosball will provide hours of fun and entertainment. The living area overlooks the pool deck which has a long covered dining area perfect for relaxing evenings and al fresco meals of simply taking shade after a swim in the heated pool or an evening jacuzzi.

Upstairs the loft area provides a second seating area with the added attraction of an Xbox games console. Surround the loft are four bedrooms, the second king-size master having an ensuite bathroom with twin vanities, a tub and walk in shower. A queen size bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds share a 'jack n jill' bathroom with walk in shower and the sixth bedroom also with two twin beds is opposite the family bathroom with a walk in shower. Every bedroom has a flat screen TV and the home is served by WiFi
