Typical Dalmatian house, for the construction of which the owner used only natural materials, ideal for two families who want to spend a nice holiday together. Beside a beautiful garden with lots of small places for afternoon tea with a good book in front of the house there is also a rocky beach, perfect for all day lying in the sun. The island of Pasman is one of the most beautiful islands that have managed to keep the untouched nature therefore has the house no conventional electricity but uses solar energy and about 30 meters to the house is not accessible by car. The island is connected with frequent ferry connections with Biograd and Zadar over the island of Ugljan.
