My friend from US,Jack Arpert stayed here with his friend and is overwhelmed by the hospitality of our host Joel.The host has always been responsive to messages and questions and extremely helpful in terms of providing information about the area and arranging transportation. As for the property, it is a lovely gated community featuring two apartment style buildings centered around a lovely communal pool and courtyard area. The beach and main area of Palolem are a bit of a walk away about 2- 3 k.m.

I have booked this property for a friend coming from US. His overall feedback is great. The host of the accommodation was extremely helpful even prior to their arrival in Benaulim, as he reached out via WhatsApp about their arrival time and offered assistance in arranging transportation to the apartment. As for the accommodation, the location is very pleasing being about 100 meters from the beach. The complex is lovely. The host, also provided a nice welcome basket of teas, coffee, water and cookies.
